Chaperone Requirements:
Chaperones are adults ages 21 or older.

A minimum of 1 chaperone for every 10 students is required, however we can offer a maximum of 1 chaperone for every 5 students to accompany the group for FREE.

Youth and Chaperone expectations:

The group leader and chaperones have an important role in helping ensure the safety and enjoyment of the group, as well as that of all our museum guests.

Chaperones are expected to remain with students throughout the visit. If students become separated from chaperones, we will help reunite them.

While enjoying the museum, we ask groups to walk and use their inside voices.

Groups displaying the following behaviors: running, yelling, eating in exhibits, and/or being destructive will be asked to leave.

We are happy to have you here! We ask that groups treat staff and other visitors with kindness and respect.

The Student Access Program would not be possible without the generosity of our supporters. Please consider having your class make thank you notes, which allow us to share the impact of this program with our supporters.
