Know Before You Go
- Advanced tickets are strongly recommended to secure your preferred timeslot.
- Universal Theme Parks: The Exhibition is a timed-entry exhibit, which allows us to manage the number of guests in the exhibit, providing the best possible experience for everyone.
- If you have daytime tickets, especially late afternoon, we suggest you plan to arrive at the museum early to explore our core exhibits before Universal Theme Parks: The Exhibition, as those galleries and experiences close at 5:00 pm daily.
- Weekends and holidays are our busiest times. We ask that you only enter Universal Theme Parks: The Exhibition at your designated entry time. If you arrive earlier, you may be asked to return at the time stated on your ticket.
