We’re teaming up with the National Girls Collaborative Project to celebrate the National Science Foundation’s 75th anniversary! Join us for a special event filled with engaging hands-on activities and fun make-and-take projects for all ages.

Come explore, create, and celebrate the incredible discoveries made possible by NSF funding all which are designed to inspire curiosity and learning.

Leap into Science: Cultivating a National Network for Informal Science and Literacy (Leap) 
Perfect for young learners and their caregivers—explore balance, engineer a wind detector, and play with light and shadows to boost critical thinking and literacy skills.

Integrating Science in Afterschool: A Three-Dimensional Approach to Engaging Underserved Populations Science (STEM 3D) 
Get creative with circuits and launch mini catapults while learning the basics of electricity and projectiles through fun, inquiry-based challenges.

CCEPII: Climate and Urban Systems Partnership (CUSP) 
Discover how green infrastructure can cool neighborhoods as you explore a model city and learn about ways to reduce temperatues on your block.

ARIEL: Augmented Reality for Interpretive and Experiential Learning
Learn more about the science behind AR when you visit the Gravity Well, housed in our brand new Wonderous Space exhibit.
